Sign up for a POD platform, such as Printful, Redbubble, or Gelato to handle production and shipping. If possible, test out prints with each platform that you can, so you can pick and choose quality wise. Don't forget to give some thought to paper quality as well, as you'll have to choose between standard paper and giclée printing (which lasts much longer and is museum/gallery grade).

Do I need a website?

Yes and no. You can choose to simply connect your POD platform with an Etsy shop (easy, less work, bigger fees) or something more independent, such as Shopify (intermediate, more work, less fees).
