Office Goes Underground // Enroncore Trend 2026

Reclaiming the first tech bubble’s imagery as both a warning and an aesthetic, this trend reinterprets the hypermasculine aesthetics of 1990s business culture. Rooted in the architecture, technology, and branding of pre-millennium office life, this trend is defined by artificial optimism and a haunting sense of collapse.
P.s.: if you want more in depth knowledge, advice, font suggestions, keywords and briefs (with a bonus of 100 AI prompts for moodboarding!), you can find the Enroncore 2026 trend report here!
Coworking Dystopia

This is effectively an overlit palette (part highlighter; part hospital) made for punchy, retro graphics. Cool greys sit beside hyper-neon yellow; lavender tones mimic outdated ergonomic chairs; and a brittle tangerine orange cuts through the murk like emergency signage.
True 1990s

This one is straight out of a corporate handbook. Deep office carpet brown, framed burgundy, steel filing cabinet blue; and that particular beige reserved for waiting room sofas.
Penthouse Dusk

This palette captures a boardroom with the lights turned off; city skyline in the background. It leans into late-evening purples; lipstick reds that reflect in elevator mirrors; and steel shadows over curved glass.
